Our Trouble is one of them most amazing all around australian shepherds that we have ever met. She puts her heart and soul into everything that she does. Trouble has always been a "favorite" on and off the trial field with all that have met her. She has such a fantastic charismatic personality.

Chloe had a spectacular United States Australian Shepherd Association National Specialty Trial! The highlight definitely was the final day where she ended her open JWW purgatory with a first place Q- and a new title! She also Q'd her excellent Standard run and took another 1st Place!

Well we're home. The puppy was so good for the ride home. He cried for a few minutes and then just laid down and took a nap. Just like Skyler did when I brought her home. He wasn't at all afraid of the other dogs. He walked right between them like he had known them forever. He made himself right at home, carrying toys around. He reminds me so much of Skyler as a puppy, so confident and happy. When we got home I put him in a bigger wire crate in the house so I could go out and feed the livestock. He didn't like being in that crate, but he can't be on the loose when I can't watch him. As soon as he got out, he was happy again. Kit likes him and wants to play, Chubby thinks he is ok, and Roxie tries to ignore him. What a wonderful little dog he is. Thank you so much for letting him come and live with me! Rose
THANK YOU ROSE FOR GIVING OUR PUPPY A GREAT HOME!

SMOKE IS A SLICK HAIRED DOG BY BLAZIN KANE AND IMP. NELL
My dog Jett, Rising Sun Frequent Flyer is awesome! My parents bought me Jett for my 12th birthday and I have trained him in agility, obedience, and conformation. We started competing last November in agility and have earned several titles, NA, NAJ, OA, OAJ, AX, AXJ and are now working towards our MACH. I have also been showing Jett in conformation and he won Winner's Dog 3 days in a row at the St. Croix Valley Kennel Club show. We competed at Border Collie Nationals in October and Jett earned his first double Q towards his MACH in agility. Jett also won the Amateur-handler-owner class in conformation. Jett and I are a great team, he's 2 1/2 and I'm 14! Thank you Becky & Steve for the most amazing dog ever!
The Handsom "JETT" is out of our Fergie and by our late Imp.Astra Mars. Jett is a full brother to our Lilac Merle Phantom.

Wow!!! What an amazing end to a fabulous weekend! Twix won the NW Cup Best in Trial for the Championship Open Class at the Columbia Agility Team's USDAA Trial in Ridgefield, WA, October 6-7.
What this means is that she had the fastest 2 runs in Standard this weekend out of all the dogs at the trial. What makes this even more special is that she is in the beginner level and was competing against dogs in the top level and intermediate level and she beat them!!!! It is calculated by yards per second. She smoked both of her Standard runs!!!
Twix is amazing!! Our journey has only begun and I am having the best time of my life with her! She just amazes me with her drive, desire, and tender loving soul that she has. When she is on she is on (pushy, drivey, but not over the top) and when it is quiet time she is such a lover and settles well. She loves her momma just as much as I love her. Thank you for breeding such a great dog and entrusting me with her ~ I just Love my TWIX!!!

Misko and Adriana traveled
almost 200 miles to Muncie, IN for their last Advanced Ducks leg in hopes to become an ASCA Working Champion. They had only one shot to do it right, qualify and finish Misko's Advanced Ducks title and become a WTCH. Adriana was so happy that Misko had the most outstanding Advanced Ducks run a handler could dream of. He was so correct and efficient. He ended up with a score of 120 (out of 125 possible points) which was not only a qualifying run, but such a high score secured him 1st place on Advanced ducks, winning High in Trial Aussie and become a WTCH. And... it all happened in 1 minute and 16 seconds! What a fabulous way to finish their WTCH journey.
The talented Misko is a handsome son out of our WTCH Hangin Tree Trouble and Adriana's outstanding boy "Certik"
At the July 8, 2012 Nothern Illinois Stockdog Club herding trial, Ricky earned his AKC Herding Championship.
We needed a win to finish, and we got it with our A Course Duck run (which also earned him High in Trial).
From the day I picked him up not quite five years ago, Ricky and I have been bonded. He is such a great
companion, and I always say that he never has to herd a sheep or jump a jump and he will still be my best friend.
What a great bonus that he is a fantastic teammate in both herding and agility! Thank you, Becky, for my
once-in-a-lifetime dog!

Our summer started out with Bolt making the cut for Team USA going to the European Open this year in Sweden !
Next, at the USDAA NW Grand Prix Regional my Bolty grabbed the #3 place in the very competitive 26" class. This gives him his 'bye' into the Semi Finals at USDAA Cynosport world Games in September.

Sharon Woolman and her dog Rising Sun Liz are now qualified for the nursery class at the United States Border Collie Handlers Association (USBCHA) 2012 National Sheepdog Finals September 25-30, 2012 in Klamath Falls, Oregon. In order to qualify for the event, nursery dogs (dogs who not yet three years old on July 1, 2009 are eligible for the 2012 finals) must score in the top 20% of their class twice at sanctioned trials. Liz was 2nd out of 12 dogs at the Land of Lincoln Stockdog trial in Chillicote, IL on May 12, 2012. Liz was first out of 6 dogs at the Fetchgate Nursery trial in Cortland, NY on June 20, 2012. Sharon is very proud of her first USBCHA nursery-qualified dog who was completely owner-trained and handled.

JANE PICUTRED ABOVE WITH JUDGE CAROL LUCERO FROM FORT LUPTON COLORADO
After a stay with Susan Rhoades in Virginia. We learned that Jane needed "Two" more points to finish her AKC herding Championship. Susan had put two majors on Jane. I worked with Jane a few weeks so that we were working "together"... sometimes difficult for Jane. We ran ducks and sheep at the Great River Stock Dog Trial in Scandia Minnesota on the weekend of June 23rd and 24th. Jane ended up first place and high in trial on Saturday under judge Carol Lucero on "A" course Sheep...and then on Sunday Jane was first and High in Trial on "A" course ducks once again under judge Carol Lucero.
Both of these were three point majors. Our lovely Jane is a stylish pushy bitch with loads of talent and natural ability. Jane is also an AHBA Herding Champion... and she has ran in the USBCHA National Cattle Finals with Susan Rhoades. Jane is now retired and had four fabulous puppies in August by our our "Rayzor" for an all red talented litter.
